Prof. Joachim Ankerhold, University of Ulm, QuantumBW, Germany
Prof. Guido Pupillo, ISIS-CESQ, Franco-German University, Strasbourg, France

Programme

Scope

The workshop aims to bring together researchers working in the fields of molecular synthesis and characterization, laser spectroscopy, and single-molecule studies. The objective of the workshop is to discuss strategies for developing molecular rare-earth systems as platforms for coherent light–matter interfaces, with the ultimate goal of enabling applications in quantum information processing (QIP).

Topics

- Molecular quantum photonics
- Coherent optical and spin properties
- Molecular complexes and assemblies
- Rare-earth complexes
- Nanoscaled transport
- Molecules for photonic quantum technologies
- Theoretical modelling
